Side-Kits
Detroit Tarp offers and installs world class Sturdy-Lite Side-Kits that are designed to allow the user to break down the trailer enclosure as necessary. Our lightweight but rigid panels work in conjunction with heavy-duty aluminum post to create a highly weather-resistant outer wall, while the aluminum bows and 18oz or 22oz fabric create the top roof enclosure. When disassembled, Side-Kits are easily and compactly stored in and underbody storage rack or in the enclosed portion of the bulkhead (sold separately)
Side-Kits are available for most makes and models of flatbed and drop-deck trailers. Custom kits are also available. Please call us today or order and schedule you Side-Kit Installation.

Flip Tarp System for Dump Bodies
Flip tarp system for Dump bodies is an extremely versatile tarp system that fits dump bodies up to 104″ wide and 26′ long. Flip Tarp Systems are available in manual or fully electric and with the choice of either vinyl or mesh tarpaulin fabric in a variety of weights and colors. We also offer replacement parts and tarps for almost all competitive makes and models.

Cable Tarp Systems
Covering your load is easy and quick with the Cable Tarp System. The tarp system is designed to operate completely from the ground, offering both manual electric drive options, just flip to cover and uncover the load. The cable system uses strong steel bows that glide on cables with plastic glides to allow smooth and easy operation. We manufacture our tarps from heavy-duty fabrics with mutable color options. We also offer replacement parts and tarps for almost all competitive makes and models.
